It’s bright and early…6 am and the alarm clock just went off!!! Time for work. After getting ready, eating breakfast, and ready to rush out the door; you realize you forgot to charge your phone!

This charger has a very nice build. Aluminum, nice space gray, and not a lot of bulk. I was very surprised at the short length of this charger, especially because it is a dual 4.8 charger. It is barely noticeable when plugged into the lighter outlet in my car! Each port does have 2.4A which is better than the standard 1.2 or 2.1A.
What does that mean? That means that you can actually get a good charge while driving to work, school, to have lunch or coffee with a friend, etc. On average, using a 2.1A car charger; my iPhone XS Max would charge about 3 percent in 20 mins. That would give me enough juice to shoot a text or a quick phone call and when I got to where I was going…no battery!!! After several uses with the Aukey dual port, I have found that the average charge was about 5-6% in 10 mins and about 8% in 15 minutes.
Of course this doesn’t sound like a huge a lot; but remember with the 2.1 you only get about 3% in 20 minutes. Therefore; you are getting an extra 5-8% in that timeframe!! Which is a drastic increase when you’re in a pinch to get your phone charged up.
